CPRI Approved LT, HT panel and bus duct have been approved by CPRI. The panels are approved for: - IP 65 degree of protection - 65KArms for 1 second short circuit withstand   strength

Manufacturing and Fabrication
Big Volt has an in-house fabrication area of 2400 sq. feet and a manufacturing area of 4800 sq. feet. With the available infrastructure, Big Volt also does fabrication of SS panels. We also manufacture panels for draw out type compartments.

Assembly area
Big Volt has all the latest tools that are required for panel assembly and can manufacture panels in mass productions while assembly care is taken for easy access/removal and maintenance of the components. Big Volt has enough space to execute many different assemblies at a time.

Inspection and testing
Big Volt does Q.C. check right from the receipt of the incoming material to the finished product. Latest IS, NEC standards are available with the Q.C. team. The team takes care of extensive drawings and documentation and is also actively involved with the end user or consultants during the final inspection of the panel.

All routine tests like High Voltage Dielectric Strength, High voltage Megger Test, etc. are undertaken stringently to eliminate error margins.
